At a regular meeting of the Century Bank Board of Directors, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, held on the tenth day of August, in the year two thousand and one, the following Resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, with the death of David Melloan, the Board of Directors have lost a dear friend and colleague who brought great wisdom and judgment to the opening of the Century Bank.
WHEREAS, David Melloan served as Secretary of the Board of Directors in Century Bank's inaugural year.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors as assembled, hereby expresses its ...
