When Hurricane Katrina destroyed the homes and devastated the lives of Gulf Coast residents, New England Motor Freight (NEMF) sprang into action, donating 21 truckloads of personal items and food, and hauling them at their own expense to a distribution area outside Mobile, Alabama. At the same time, all other regularly scheduled NEMF shipments proceeded as planned without interruption.
The ability to meet customer demands while dealing with the unexpected is NEMF's hallmark. While other trucking companies have stumbled, NEMF has thrived by focusing on the needs of its customers and consistently hitting the mark.
