Article: Railroad companies file suit against West Virginia Supreme Court

CHARLESTON - Three eastern railroad companies and the Ohiobased insurance company that serves them filed a lawsuit against the justices of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals last week.

The suit challenges the establishment of the Mass Litigation Panel, which consolidates asbestos-related civil cases against railroads and other companies under the Federal Employer's Liability Act.
