What to do when your principal doesn't pay your commissions

In some cases, the principal lay be months behind and perhaps even more than a rear behind in the payment of some commissions. The problem is further exacerbated by the fact that in many cases, you as the sales representative have tied your fortunes to those of your principal and there may still be a significant opportunity for potential commissions to be earned in the future.
