A feast of menus

People have walked into Kurt Pare's business looking to eat ice cream or to sit down for a nice meal.

To them, the building at 3716 Mormon Coulee Road will always be Bridgeman's Ice Cream and Restaurant. Even a few people who have seen his sign "Nationwide Menus" have stopped in thinking it was a restaurant.

"I could have sold a lot of ice cream and done a good business as a restaurant," Pare said laughing.

Pare has developed Nationwide Menus into a small international business that is approaching $1 million in annual sales. He and his 11 employees create menus and covers for menus, wine lists and customer checks.
