Effective May 28 expanded recordkeeping for wire transfers is scheduled to become a compliance obligation for financial institutions pursuant to the Department of the Treasury's Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations. This new compliance obligation makes timely consideration of your institution's wire transfer procedures.
