In past columns, I have looked at the TQM BBS, the QUALITY mailing list, and ASQC Net. This month I take a look at the QFD-L mailing list. Unlike the QUALITY list, which is a LISTSERV mailing list, QFD-L runs on the Majordomo mailing list software. In my columns, I strive to choose sites based on both topic and access method. In this way, I hope not only to share topical information, but to provide access methodology training for equality Progress readers that can be applied elsewhere. Before getting into the QFD-L list itself, I thought I'd provide a quick overview of QFD.
