Defining clear expectations and taking an active role can help you maximize feedback.
Leadership and career assessments have become established business tools. But many executives go through such assessments without a clear idea of the process and how to maximize the feedback they receive. My recent experience with a leadership assessment has taught me the importance of defining expectations up front and taking an active role in the assessment process.
