NEW DELHI, India, Jan. 20 -- The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASSOCHAM) issued the following press release:
An overwhelming majority of the CEOs and the MDs have supported the IIM-Bangalore proposal to set up its center in Singapore arguing that the overseas expansion of India's institutions will only add to their global brand equity without affecting their domestic expansion, an ASSOCHAM Business Barometer (ABB) Survey has revealed.
Over 85 percent of the 150 CEOs and the MDs surveyed by the ABB said the apprehension that the overseas expansion by the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore would be at the cost of their domestic expansion plans, was misplaced. These ...
