Article: 7TH ANNUAL COMMEMORATION OF DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.'S CONTRIBUTION TO SOLID WASTE INDUSTRY

The city of Louisville issued the following news release:

On April 4, 2006, Louisville Metro Solid Waste Management is once again joining P.R.I.D.E., a community/civic organization, for the 7th Annual Commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s contribution to the solid waste industry.

A commemorative service and dinner will be held at King Solomon Missionary Church for the city's solid waste employees. Recognition will also be given to employees who have received promotions, those with perfect attendance and retirees.
