NEW DELHI, India, Feb 4 -- THAT FAULTY internal wiring is a problem in many Delhi households and was a cause of inflated bills has once again been revealed following the report of the independent meter-testing drive conducted by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).
