The accomplishments of teams have been varied and in many cases striking.
So, why not use teams to address basic questions in a business -- questions
so basic that they are oftentimes overlooked.
Accomplishments from teams abound. Product changes, improvements in service delivery, reduced cycle time, specific innovations, supplier/vendor relationship improvement and revolutionary ways of carrying out certain human resources functions illustrate but a few of the myriad of areas where teams have succeeded.
