WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 - Del. Eni F.H. Faleomavaega, D-American Samoa (At-large), has introduced the Federal District Court of American Samoa Act of 2006 (H.R. 4711).
The bill, introduced on Feb. 8, was referred to the House Judiciary Committee.
