The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate issued the following press release:

Dr. Kevin Kwiat, a senior computer engineer at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Information Directorate, has been awarded a Window on Europe assignment by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR)

Dr. Kwiat's proposal, entitled "Human-Computer Interfaces that Adapt Fault Tolerance for Cyber Defense," involves a two-month tour-of-duty in the United Kingdom.

Five British universities form a dependable information research consortium called Interdisciplinary Research Collaboration in Dependability (DIRC), with the goal of addressing the dependability of computer-based systems. ...
