MOOSE, BIGHORN SHEEP AND MOUNTAIN GOAT APPLICATION, PREF POINT DEADLINE FEB. 28

The Wyoming Department of Game and Fish issued the following news release:

Resident and nonresident hunters are reminded the Feb. 28 deadline for moose, bighorn sheep and mountain goat licenses is fast approaching.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department does not want anyone to miss their chance to draw one of these highly sought-after licenses or purchase moose and bighorn sheep preference points by making sure their application reaches the Cheyenne Office by 5 p.m. Feb. 28.

Applicants can also choose to purchase a moose or bighorn sheep preference point without applying for a license. Nonresident preference point fees are $75 for moose and $100 for ...
