Triad Engineering, Inc., with offices in Winchester and Hagerstown, received an Associated General Contractors Award for its participation on the Armstrong Site Learning Village project in Stafford County, Va. This award recognizes that Triad Engineering, acting as a partner in the implementation of the project, assisted with the successful completion of the first educational facilities developed under the Public-Private Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002.
