Article: TWO-ALARM FIRE IN EASTSIDE GROCERY STORE IS RULED ARSON

The city of Las Vegas issued the following press release:

Las Vegas fire investigators have determined that a fire that occurred in an eastside grocery store early Wednesday afternoon was intentionally set. Automatic fire sprinklers and employees using at least a half-dozen fire extinguishers, kept the fire in check until fire units arrived on scene. The store's assistant manager evacuated at least 40 to 50 people inside the store before fire personnel arrived on scene. There were no reported injuries.
