Missoula, on February 14, 2006, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Leif B. Erickson, the following individuals were arraigned:

JOSE REMIRO PENA appeared on a charge of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. He is currently detained. If convicted of this charge, PENA faces possible penalties of 40 years in prison, a $2,000,000 fine and 4 years supervised release.
