Thomas Kucharski, president and CEO of Buffalo Niagara Enterprise in Western New York says he has no doubt Jerry Murphy will do well for Northeast Wisconsin.
"He's got a great sense of humor, exceptional intelligence," says Kucharski, who returned a call to Marketplace from the downtown Buffalo office Murphy vacated in January. Coincidentally, one half of what the BNE staff affectionately called "the Tom and Jerry show" admitted he was sitting in Murphy's chair, and the only thing his former right-hand-man left behind besides a successful legacy was his cheesehead hat.
