Plans are being made by an innovative, non-profit organization to bring the newly-established National Museum of Education to Akron. The National Museum of Education was formerly the Partnership for America's Future, founded in Akron in 1990. The vision of the National Museum is to honor the creative works of science, math, technology, art, literature, film, music, athletics, and other disciplines of American education in the country's first ever museum to be dedicated to teachers and their work throughout our nation's history.
