CHARLESTON--West Virginia could be the site of increased foreign investments in the future, especially from Korea.
Korean Ambassador Noh-Soo Park from the Korean Consulate General in New York City visited Charleston in late June to look at investment opportunities in West Virginia.
Park's visit was his first trip to the state and he said he hopes by coming here, he will be able to educate both Koreans and Americans.
"West Virginia is relatively unknown to Koreans," Park said in an interview with The State Journal. "One of my first priorities (as ambassador) was to visit West Virginia because the Korean people don't know about West Virginians. I heard there were many incentives for foreign ...
