HomeMade Pizza Co. opened stores in Minnetonka and Wayzata last week, and additional stores are scheduled to open later this year in Apple Valley and on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. The chain, which has 14 stores in Illinois, plans to open five to six stores in the Twin Cities this year and another five to 10 next year. Long-term plans call for 30 to 50 stores here.
