PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 13 (AP)- The Philadelphia Inquirer has named two co-managing editors who will share day-to-day responsibilities for the newsroom.Mike Leary, an assistant managing editor at The Baltimore Sun, and Sandra Long, deputy managing editor at The Inquirer, will jointly rank as the No. 2 editors at the newspaper, Philadelphia's largest daily.They were introduced to the staff Monday by the Inquirer's top editor, William K.
