No doubt the owners of Bali in Huntington were on that wavelength when they opened this new tropical restaurant. Diners with more literal minds might expect traditional Indonesian fare like the rijsttafel (rice table). But they will look in vain, for this is the Bali of dreams and imagination, not geography. The food is a blend of flavors from palm tree locales like the Caribbean, Hawaii and the Far East.
