'BEATIFIC SOUL: JACK KEROUAC ON THE ROAD' The celebration of the 50th anniversary of the publication of Jack Kerouac's ''On the Road'' continues this week, as the New York Public Library opens this new exhibition of Kerouac'sdiaries, manuscripts, photographs and other personal items, including his collections of fantasy baseball and horse racing materials, his harmonicas and his Buddhist bells.At the center of the exhibition, opening today, is the original 120-foot scroll on which Kerouac wrote ''On the Road.''
