Busta Rhymes Stopped by NY Police

NEW YORK - It's more legal trouble for Busta Rhymes. The rapper was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license after police said they stopped him for running a red light.

Rhymes, whose hits include "Dangerous," was taken into custody in lower Manhattan around 5:30 a.m.

His record company, Violator Management, didn't want to comment.

The 34-year-old rapper, whose real name is Trevor Smith, was due in court Thursday night. If convicted he faces up to 15 days in jail.
