Lower Q2 loss for Human Genome - Analyst Blog


After the market close yesterday, Rockville, Maryland based biopharmaceutical company, Human Genome Sciences, Inc .( HGSI )">HGSI ) reported second-quarter results. The company reported a net loss of $65.4 million or $0.48 per share as against $80.1 million or $0.59 per share in the year ago quarter. The lower net loss was primarily due to revenue associated with the completion of the ABthrax (raxibacumab) delivery and revenue from manufacturing and development services.
