The Directors of Republic Gold Limited (ASX: RAU)("Republic" or the "Company") today announce that the Company has appointed a new Non-Executive Director, Dato Choo Beng Kai. Dato Choo is a Malaysian national with extensive business interests in Malaysia through his role as Group Managing Director of Masmeyer Holdings Sdn Bhd.
