ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR, Aug 19, 2003 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX)
CHC Helicopter Corporation ("CHC") (TSX: FLY.A and FLY.B; NYSE: FLI) announced today that its operating division CHC Scotia Limited has been awarded a three-year contract (plus two one-year options) with Apache North Sea Ltd. for the provision of offshore helicopter support services.
Utilizing Super Puma AS332L aircraft from its pool of helicopters based at Aberdeen, Scotland, CHC will provide crew transportation services for the Forties offshore oil and gas fields in the Central North Sea.
The three-year contract commences August, 2003, and replaces a contract formerly held with BP, ...
