With summer burning along it's time for the fifth installment on the year-round solar greenhouse, where we'll focus on the details (where the devil is!).
The first detail we want to look at is the vents. The design for passive air flow through the greenhouse includes six vents that are each about 60 inches by seven inches running east to west under the main set of windows. Air movement is critical for plant health and climate control, reducing stagnant conditions that can promote disease, and avoiding overheating.
