Agrifos Fertilizer Inc. has completed its reorganisation plan, which has enabled the company to emerge from protection under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code. The company is the successor by merger to Agrifos Fertilizer LP and owns the phosphate fertilizer plant located at Pasadena, Texas, where it produces DAP, MAP and green superphosphoric acid.
