Nov. 19--An Orange-based manufacturer will set up shop in Watertown's former Winchester Electronics plant, where it plans to initially employ about 20 people as part of a multimillion dollar expansion.
KX Industries Limited Partnership, a privately held maker of water filters and other products, will consolidate some of its manufacturing operations and perform light assembly in the 400 Park Road building, which has been vacant roughly two years. The company expects to employ about 60 people there within the year, said Evan Koslow, founder and chief executive officer.
