COMPLETE lines for reclamation/recycling, in which waste materials are converted to useful products, are arousing increased interest. Kuhne, for instance, reports that the first in-house demonstration of its latest offering resulted in orders for seven lines. The company believes that major retail outlets, such as supermarkets, are seeing the benefits of forming closer ties with processors with in-line conversion, which can return their wastes as carrier bags and refuse sacks.
