Chicago - Duracraft will present several new fans, including an innovative portable oscillating ceiling fan, at this week's International Housewares Show here.
The three-speed portable model, PC- 100, was developed to "provide the consumer some of the benefit of a ceiling fan but with more convenience and less expense," commented Rod Jane, the company's vice president of marketing.
The fan has an adjustable tension pole which extends from the floor to the ceiling that acts as a support for the fan to be positioned anywhere along it. To get the most power, the fan can be positioned at the highest point on the pole and be directed downward for effective ceiling to floor ...
