According to Darren C. Melhuish of Corrpro Companies, Inc., Norfolk Va., there's more to successfully coating seawater ballast tanks than simply finding a "better paint." It involves a number of interdependent critical steps. Each is a quality assurance checkpoint that must be correctly addressed before proceeding to the next.

Without adequate lighting and proper ventilation, production, and quality, will suffer.
