ITALIAN PROSECUTORS HAVE CHARGED 12 MANAGERS OF ENICHEM'S fertilizer complex at Manfredonia with alleged multiple manslaughter. Prosecutors say exposure to high levels of undisclosed chemicals emissions resulted in the death of 17 former workers at Manfredonia. The managers deny the charges. EniChem declined to comment.
