Irvine, Calif. -- Fluorescent-pulsed light technology hit the U.S. cosmetic and dermatology market recently, drawing some favorable reviews. According to sources and users of the flash-lamp-based system for removing hair, treating hyperpigmentation, and treating vascular lesions, the device operates at significantly lower temperatures than traditional intense-pulsed light systems, achieving effective results in a speedy fashion with fewer complications to patients.
