Cane sectioning for propagation

CANE sectioning may be used for plants like Dracaenas, Dieffenbachias,
Philodendrons, Aglaonemas, etc.

This technique of using cane sections for propagation shows you yet
another means of making use of dormant leaf nodes and their potential for
active growth.

Normally you would take only the stems (succulent or even woody) and
use them as cuttings and you would plant them vertically in the rooting
medium.

This way it only yields one plant when it has successfully rooted.

You can of course get many more if you follow the cane section method.

You can cut the stems up into many sections but there must be at least
one node in that ...
