SOMETHING upsetting happened the other day when I was taking an LRT ride ... and it had nothing to do with the fact that the train was packed to the brim. Nor was it because I had to do a balancing act just to keep from falling.

I overheard a conversation between two women, and it got me so riled even though I was not the subject of their gossip. The two were so engrossed in their conversation that they did not even notice my dropped jaw as I realised what they were talking about.
"I don't know what she sees in him!" ...
