A series of integrated low-power load switches from Fairchild Semiconductor, designated the Intellimax FPF200x family, combine protection, control, and fault monitoring in an SC70 package. Using these devices, you can control switch turn-on, choose 50 or 100mA current-limiting, implement undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown, and receive fault flags.
