The p 1411A Vector Signal Generator includes a spectrum analyzer display and an internal IQ waveform generator. The source covers the 800-MHz to 1,000-MHz and 1,700-MHz to 2,200-MHz cellular bands and produces EDGE, GSM, IS-95, NADC, PHS, WCDMA, and CW signals. User-created IQ waveforms can generate other signal types, specify data content, or create worst-case signal scenarios for development and test of RFICs, subassemblies, or completed wireless products.

The 3U signal generator, also available in an ATE configuration, has a power-output range of -100 dBm to +20 dBm. With a stable 10-MHz internal frequency reference, the source also accepts an external 10-MHz reference signal for synchronization with other devices and test equipment. …
