Systron Donner Automotive's MicroGyro self-contained inertial-rate sensing system includes a microscopic quartz MEMS double-ended tuning fork sensor, machined at the microscopic level of pure crystalline quartz for desirable rate sensing precision. In addition, it can withstand the high temperatures of underhood installations--up to 125[degrees]C.
