Cornell Dubilier Electronics announced that its MLC RF clad capacitors, SMT Types MCM and MIN, passed a guaranteed minimum 5 mm flexure using the Automotive Electronics Council test procedure AEC-Q200, method 005. The robustness of these capacitors is attributed to their compatible COE with FR4 board material, a flexible dielectric and rugged clad construction. These capacitors allow the use of larger physical sizes required for high voltage, high Q capacitors in high frequency applications. …
