A modular, customizable fixturing system is available for Teradyne, GenRad, and Agilent Technologies automated test systems. The design begins with a base kit weighing ~55 lb and overall dimensions of 13" x 5.5" x 8.5" with the top push plate attached. The maximum UUT board size is 9" x 6".

Each fixture is modified to accept the TestNet fixture modules and enhanced with extra supports, stronger hinges, twisted-pair wiring up to the fixture module docking connection points, and extra quarter turns. …
