A plug-and-play mixed-signal enhancement for the V101 Test System adds audio and video-band capabilities for parallel multisite testing of cellular baseband and consumer audio and video applications. It operates at a data rate of up to 100 MHz, accommodates as many as 1,024 I/O channels, and provides low noise-floor performance.

The zero-footprint platform uses the company's modular tester-on-board[TM] architecture, which places digital, device power supplies, and DC resources directly on the board. …
