Our $30M Series A to build the AI-powered financial command center for consumer brands

Today we’re announcing our $30 million Series A, led by Acrew Capital with participation from Two Sigma Ventures, Vesey Ventures, and our seed investors FirstMark and Mayfield.
This raise helps us accelerate what we set out to build: an AI-powered financial command center for consumer brands. One that doesn’t just give you insight, but actively helps you grow.
The problem
Cash is the lifeblood of any business. It determines whether a company can make payroll, fund growth initiatives, weather downturns, and invest confidently in the future.
Everything else — profits, EBITDA, gross margin, and ROAS is ultimately an abstraction designed for reporting and planning. These metrics exist in part because it’s unrealistic for humans to model every business decision in terms of its true cash impact.
Finance teams are trained to focus on standardized accrual-based accounting and monthly reporting. Planning and decision-making are locked into monthly or quarterly cycles, not updated at the speed of actual business activity. Even when cash forecasts exist, they’re static, manual, and disconnected from real-time operations. It's an afterthought rather than the primary driver of daily action.
For brands with large working capital needs, daily inflows and outflows, or thin margins, this problem isn’t just inconvenient, it’s existential. Human-led workflows simply can’t reconcile data, analyze scenarios, and execute actions fast enough to keep up.

The solution
Fintech innovation to date has been incremental: a slightly better card product, an AP platform, a smoother monthly close. Helpful, but not a fundamental change in how businesses operate.

- Autonomous AI agents for finance workflows. Intelligent agents that can recommend or directly execute actions to optimize cash and working capital. Example: “Automatically manage my cash flow to maximize yield.”

Where we are today
We’re laser focused on consumer brands — a $1T+ market defined by large daily inflows, significant working capital demands, and cash management that is absolutely mission-critical.
This year, we will manage over $5B in cash transactions for hundreds of brands. Our momentum is accelerating:
- $5B+ / year in cash transactions managed
- 3x growth in GMV (annual sales volume)
- 3.5x growth in deposits
- 5x growth in integrated products like card spend year-over-year
Our customer base is scaling rapidly, with more nine-figure brands onboarding every quarter. What they share in common is trust: Highbeam isn’t a point solution. We’ve become a foundational partner — the platform they rely on to store, move, and optimize their cash.
